Initiate Your Request
Log into your WatchEra account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any included accessories into the shipping carton to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
