A Beautiful and true Vintage Seiko Dresswatch with reference 5Y39-7010. It's part of the mysterious Galaxy series, the crown-like logo sits on 12 o clock and looks like it comes straight out of Star Wars.

Not much is known about the Galaxy series but this Seiko is a true dress watch with 2 hands, gold dial with subtle linnen pattern and 32mm gold-tone stainless steel case. Based on the suwa-stamp (which depicts which factory it was made in) and the caliber, I've dated this to 1991.

It comes on an original brown Seiko Leather strap with gold-tone buckle with lizard-grain pattern.

The watch has received a ultrasonic clean and fresh battery. Works and sets time well. Quickset works.
